The Process

  • Your property needs to be priced correctly, marketed effectively, and be presented in it's best possible light.

  • It should be listed in all MLS's and featured on YouTube, social media, and hundreds of 3rd party websites.

  • Your property needs to be professionally photographed, have effective signage, printed materials for buyers, and be supported by direct mail.

  • Your agent should be easily available for advice and support in negotiations, contracts, and deadlines, and should keep in touch with you at all times.

  • Your agent should arrrange showings, inspections, and appraisals suitable to your schedule, and stay informed on the buyer's loan process, and attend closings.
